Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Within Pakistan

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (major cities).

Remote Areas: 5–7 business days.

Shipping Fee: Free on orders above PKR 3,000, otherwise a flat rate of PKR 250 applies.
International Shipping (Optional – only if you plan later)

Currently, we are shipping only within Pakistan. International delivery will be launched soon.
Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available across Pakistan for orders up to PKR 20,000.

For higher-value orders, prepayment may be required.
Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, strikes).

In case of a delay, our support team will keep you updated.
Damaged / Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

For lost packages, we will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
