Shipping Policy – MORECARE

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Within Pakistan

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (major cities).

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping Fee: Free on orders above PKR 3,000, otherwise a flat rate of PKR 250 applies.

International Shipping (Optional – only if you plan later)

  • Currently, we are shipping only within Pakistan. International delivery will be launched soon.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available across Pakistan for orders up to PKR 20,000.

  • For higher-value orders, prepayment may be required.

Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, strikes).

  • In case of a delay, our support team will keep you updated.

Damaged / Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • For lost packages, we will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
